Big Girl Bed
A few months ago we got Issy a new big girl bed. We set it up in her room and have been trying to get her to sleep there instead of her crib. She loves her crib and so this has been a hard transition. Finally on Monday Ty and looked at Issy and said it was time to sleep in her big girl bed. We want to get this transition out of the way so we can get going on potty training. We layed her in her bed and as we walked out of the room she started to cry. About a minute later she was quiet. We waited a hour and went and checked on her and she was fast asleep. When she woke up in the morning I went in her room and she was jumping up and down because she realized she slept the night in her bed. We have made it 3 nights now in her bed. Now I just have to work on nap time in her bed. She won't sleep there. She wants her crib. I guess it is one thing at a time.:) This is what I saw when I went in her room this morning.:) So PRECIOUS!:) I love my little lady!:)

It's a wonderful time when we see our children sleeping...we have a few more moments to ourselves and we see the loves of our lives at rest...before the day runs away with us! Mom B
As I am looking and reading your blog I am also listening to your music picks!...I love the "I wanna grow old with you" what a great song... Mom B
Sweet picture! And Hooray for Issy! Bed time transitions are so hard. We are working on getting Josh (3yrs4mos) to get rid of his binky, and failing horribly! He just loves it! So every step is a good one!
