We again have had some busy weeks. I can't believe it is March already. I feel like I have done so much yet there is never time to get everything done. 2010 is turning out to be a crazy but really fun year so far!
Last week Issy had been wanting to go to Chucky Cheese so for family night we headed over there. We took along Issy little friend Alyia. If you ever want to go to Chucky Cheese, go on a Monday night. No one was there and the girls had a blast running around and playing all the games. Ty and I even got into winning tickets for them. You are always a big kid at heart, right?!?!?!?!:)

Our good friends, the Flowers, son Jacob had a birthday last week. He turned 14! We helped celebrate with him. This was big for me because I use to watch him when he was a baby. I am really feeling old now! Happy Birthday, buddy!

One of my best friends, Amanda turned 30 last week. For her birthday, her husband Chad threw her a big Surprise party. Her parents came up and Surprised her as well. It was a cruise type party and her mom surprised her with a trip to California which they left on the day after. It was a great night celebrated with her family and friends. Happy Birthday, Amanda!

Last Saturday night I had the opportunity to go up to the Snoqualmie Ridge Golf course with Ty for a benefit auction/charity event. Ty along with the members of his whole team at Microsoft were there. The foundation we were there for is called Compassion2One. It helps raise money for Sex Trafficing. They use the money and build safe houses for girls/boys/children who are stollen or sold into Sex Trafficing and Prostitution. They rescue these people of the streets and put them in homes and give them clothing, food and education until they are at legal age. It was amazing to learn the numbers and facts that go along with this. This is the 2nd highest crime in the world and hardly anyone is aware of it. The man whose life is loosely based after the movie Taken even came and spoke. This hit close to home for Ty and his team at work because they work on the Abuse side of Microsoft and deal with certains issues like this on a daily basis. I was so grateful to be able to be there with my husband and support him and his work. Also to gain some knowledge on something that is so serious in the world today.

On Sunday after this auction all I wanted to do was just hug my little girl when she woke up. I did and after she got all dressed and ready for church I got this picture of her. I am so grateful to be her mom and have her in my life. Being a mother is the greatest blessing I have been given on this earth!:)
