31 Resons I love Ty! Happy Birthday!:)

In honor of my hubbys 31st birthday, I thought I would list 31 reasons why I love him so much!:)

1.He is my best friend(we can talk about anything)
2.His eyes(when he looks at you, you know he is focused on you! Plus they are pretty amazing to look at!!!!!)
3.His smile(it lights up a room!)
4.He is a great father(I love seeing him and Issy together. Best moments of my life!)
5.He is funny! He knows how to always make me laugh
6.He is gentle and kind. I don't think there is a mean bone in his body!
7.He is humble. He never boast or brags about anything!
8.He loves sports(we share this love together which is so cool!)
9.He loves to attend sporting events just like me!!!!!
10.The Gospel is #1 in his life. He puts it above anything else!
11.He is very smart. He absorbs information and always knows interesting facts.
12.He is a great teacher. He loves to teach at church and anyone who has the opportunity to listen to him teach is very blessed.
13.He is a great listener. He truly listens to my feelings and tries to understand them even if he doesn't understand.:)
14.He is always trying to improve himself and make himself a better person.
15.He accepts change and rolls with it when it happens.
16.He always looks at both sides of a situation or argument between two people or groups. He always tries to think about what both sides think or are feeling.
17.He is a positive thinker!
18.His Faith is amazing. He just has it and it never is questioned.
19.He can sing. He has got a great singing voice and I love listening to him sing. I wished he did use this talent more.
20.He is a math wizard. You can give him any number and asked him to divide, multiply, add or subtract and he can do it in his head. He is my own personal calculater.
21.He is a TRUE friend. If Ty is your friend he will be real and true to the end.
22.He loves his mother!!! If a man treats his mom with respect, he will treat you with respect.
23.He has great knowledge of the Book of Mormon. Whenever I have questions, he is there to help me figure out the answers.
24.He loves to travel. With both have this love and have enjoyed many fun adventures together. We look forward to years more of traveling and seeing new places.
25.He will scrub bathrooms. I HATE to scrub bathrooms and he will always do them for me. You have no idea how much I love this!!!!!!
26.He is really good with technology. I am not good with technology. When something breaks down or I can't undestand it, he is always there to helpe me or fix it.
27.He loves his family! His siblings, parents, my siblings, my parents, extended family, etc. He just is a family guy!
28.He is a big kid at heart. Even though it gets to me sometimes, he loves video games, board games, Disneyland, Universal Studios and Transformers. He loves this stuff as much as he did a kid.
29.He is a hard worker. He goes to work and works hard every day. He is really good about coming home and leaving work at work and focusing on our family. He has a real good balance in his life.
30.He loves children. I always knew from day one he would be a great father. Issy (and hopefully more children in our future) is blessed to have him as a dad. He is always the one to get on the floor and play with kids. He loves every kid and I love to see this soft side.
31.He is very patient. I am not patient so he totally balances me out in life and his love for me in unconditional.

Valentines Day

We had a crazy Valentines Weekend this year. Friday night Ty and I were able to go out to celebrate Valentines with each other. We went to dinner at PF Changs(one of our favorites) and then went and saw Valentines Day the movie at the theatre. It was such a great date night and we really enjoyed ourselves. Saturday and Sunday we went with my family to the Tri Cities for my cousin Brent's mission Farewell. We were able to get there Saturday for him going through the temple for the first time and then able to go to church Sunday and hear his farewell talk. We were so happy to be able to be there with him and a bunch of our extended family. So, we spent part of Valentines Day in a Hotel. I got these pictures of us all after church.

I wanted to wish my wonderful husband a very Happy Valentines Day! He is such a wonderful husband and I love him dearly!:)

Bowling and Kids Bounce

February has started off very busy in our house. My parents won a bowling trip back in December at a Seagal Auction so way back then we called up a few friends and asked them if they wanted to join us to bowl. The problem was we had to wait until February. We had a great time with the Reynolds, Hadleys and Richards. We went to Lucky Strike Lane and really enjoyed a kid free night! Thanks guys for making it fun for us!Last week Issy got sick. She had a fever and head cold. I was kinda worried about her because her fever wasn't going away. So, I took her to the doctor. Their response was she has a cold to to give her Tylenol. That was Thursday. She wasn't sleeping and then Friday and Saturday her tempeture kept on spiking unwards of 102 or more. She also was complaing of bad stomach pains. By Saturday I finally got fed up because Issy is pretty good at bouncing back from colds and things. I took her down to the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital and they were great. They took all sorts of tests such as strep throat, checked her heart rate, her blood pressure. They even had her pee in a cup. She found this really funny! While there we learned that Issy had a sinus infection and a bladder infection. They gave her some Antibiotics and within a few hours she was eating again and happy. Man, what a four days it was though. No sleep for all three of us! I am so glad my little girl is back to normal.

Yesterday we headed over to Kids Bounce in Preston, WA with a few friends and their kids for the drop in playtime they have. Issy had such a great time with all her buddies and it was nice to be able to socialize with the moms as well! Here are some of the pictures I got yesterday. January has come and gone

Wow, the new year has started off as a busy one! I don't even know what happened to January. We started off the new year celebrating a few birthdays in Tys family. His sister Taryn had a birthday on the 31st of December and his other sister Tiff celebrated a birthday on Jan. 11th. We got together with the whole family at a Mexican restaurant in Woodinville to celebrate. Of course Issy loves any chance to get together with her cousins Addison.When we asked Issy what activity she wanted to do these next two months. She said she wanted to basketball. So we signed Issy up along with her friends Morgan and Seth for a little basketball class at the Issaquah Community Center. This is where she did her soccer class as well. She is having a lot of fun and loving it! Here are a few shots of her and a little video.Our good friends Adam and Becky Lathrop had their second baby this last month. We were able to go over and see them when they got home. Issy was really excited to hold little Annabelle. Congrats Adam, Beck and Lucy!!!A couple of Friday nights ago Ty had a guys night with his buddies and so Issy and I headed with my friend Lacey and a couple of her kids, Alyia and Korbyn to the Childrens museum at Factoria Mall. On Friday evenings it is free there so that was a added bonus. The kids enjoyed themselves and after a fun filled night there we headed to Red Robin for some great grub!:)Thanks for these pictures, Lacey.The rest of the month we enjoyed some great Wii and game nights with friends as well as some fun double dates. Ty enjoyed headed to Mariners Fan Fest with his dad for a day and we have had some fun playdates with friends. Heres to a continued great 2010!:)
