We have had a great couple of weeks since Thanksgiving. I think next to hot summer days, this has to be my favorite time of year. I love decorating and doing all the fun things that go along with the Holiday season. We started off the few days after getting home from Tennessee with decorating the house. Issy loved doing this, this year. We then spent one night decorating the tree and of course Issy wanted to help put every ornament on the tree. It was cute! At the end, Ty lifted her up and they put the star on the tree. That has become their tradition that they do together.

Another tradition we started since moving out here to Snoqualmie is going to the little town of Snoqualmie's Christmas lighting. Santa is there, there is music, free cider, cookies and popcorn and a little horse ride. We got there early this year and we were able to finally take Issy on the horse ride since we got there before the big line. She really enjoyed that a lot. Here is a shot of Ty and Issy waiting for the horse.

Another thing we love to do during the Holiday season is go over to Bellevue Square and see thier Snowflake Lane show. We have already seen it twice and will probably see it one or two more times before Christmas. This year one of the times, we invited our friend Dan and Hailey Richards to go. They are new to the Seattle area and we wanted to show them something fun to do for the Holidays. Issy loved seeing the polar bear, ice princess and penguin. We had a great time!:)

We also love to go have Issy get her Santa Pictures taken. This year she was amazing. She loves Santa now and we ended up going with our friends the Lathrops and it was cute watching Issy try to get Lucy to sit on Santa's lap. She was showing her how to do it. It just shows me how my little girl is growing up so fast! Here is the years of Santa Pictures....

I love her picture this year, so cute!:)
After Santa pictures we headed over to Red Robin to celebrate Becky's 31st birthday! Happy Birthday, Beck!:) You are a amazing person and a wonderful friend!:)

The other day it was my dad's birthday. We went to Ana's(our favorite Mexican place here on the Ridge) to eat and came back to my house to celebrate with some ice cream cake! Happy Birthday, Dad!:) Love you!

This last weekend our good friends Laurie and Jacky Roddy had a White Elephant party at their house. It was such a great party with almost 40 people there. We ate lots of yummy food and had a almost two hour White Elephant gift exchange. There was no limit on stealing and so it was fun to watch the gifts being passed back and forth. There was some great gifts too and some great laughs. I didn't get any picture though as we were having to much fun to gather such a big group around for pictures. Thanks Roddy's for hosting and being such great friends!:)
The last few weeks have been fun! Now there is 10 more days until Christmas and I am sure looking forward to each and every day. Happy Holidays!:)
