Father's Day Weekend

We had a great weekend! On Saturday morning Ty, Issy and I got up early and headed to Fall City Days. Ty was so sweet to go and wait with me while I ran my first ever 5K. I was a little nervous and excited at the same time. It was fun because a few other people that we knew were running as well in the 10K. It put my mind at ease to have friends there. My hubby was right there when I ended the race cheering me on with the camera. Thanks love! I ran it in 30 minutes and 44 seconds. It was a 9 minute 54 second pace. Not to bad for only starting to run like 2 months ago.:) After the race, we met Ty's family there in Fall City to watch the parade. Issy really loved it this year and I just sat back and watched her excitment over everything. Of course she loved getting all the candy too. Her cousin Addison and her were enjoying it all together!:) After the parade, we headed back to Ty's sisters house and had a fun Father's Day celebration BBQ with Ty's whole family. I then came home and went with some girlfriends to see The Proposal with Sandra Bullock and loved it! It is a must see chick flick!:)

Sunday we woke up to a rainy Father's Day! That didn't stop us from overall having a great father's day though. Church was amazing! Issy and I came home and gave Ty all our presents for him. Mostly golf stuff since that is what he is most interested in right now. We went to my parents for some great dinner and then to our friends the Sundwalls to hang out for a bit. It was such a great day and a great weekend all around!:)

To my wonderful hubby, I couldn't of asked for a better father for our daughter. Seeing how her face lights up every day when you come home is priceless to me. The love you have for me and her is my most treasured possesion! We love you so much! Happy Father's Day to you!:)
